In this role, I was responsible for all communication across channels for our brand and web portal, Findbolig, a large housing site of high technical complexity (+40.000 hours of programming) with +400,000 private users and +100 business users. I successfully developed communication plans and produced content for both web, social media, and all other digital channels. Along the way, I also handled various tasks:- Digital development and project management, including being the point of contact with a digital agency to ensure progress and quality- Advising larger clients on communication possibilities at Findbolig- Change Management: Change communication and workshops with both internal and external business users at Findbolig focusing on succesfull adaption of new system.- Coordinated and facilitated training for internal and external users at Findbolig- Superuser and liaison between DEAS colleagues, the business, IT, and external digital agency
