Since early 2019, I have been a freelance learning specialist. Below are some of the key projects and clients I have worked with.Training trainers(Lead) Two year project providing ongoing professional development to a community of disability awareness trainers with Creative Diversity Network. I designed and implemented the programme.International remote Train the Trainer programme for open data trainers in India and Kenya for CABI. I then helped the India team develop their own data ecosystem mapping training.Learning designLead on production of 10 open data elearning modules for the Northern Irish government.Lead on McKinsey’s relaunch of their digital transformation online learning course with Media Zoo.Lead on two new online curricula: Store Curriculum for frontline staff and Leadership Skills for Store Managers.Digital leadership learning campaigns for senior leaders at Syngenta.Champion-style learning experiences to support frontline staff at HMCTS through digital transformation.

Led the development of Data Ethics Facilitators.Led the research and projects into benchmarking data literacy culminating in published research.Codeveloped a new course: building healthy data ecosystems.Delivered regular training including Intro to Data Ethics, Open Data in a Day, Data Ethics Professionals.

Key achievements:I led the learning design of a digital change programme focused on new ways of working across New Zealand’s largest retail company. Designed varying learning experiences frm online bitesize chunks, 2-hour conference style as well as intimate and interactive face to face workshops.I led the learning design of new online Store Curriculum for frontline staff on topics from retail fundamentals to career development.I developed and instigated a strategy to measure the impact of learning experiences across the business.

Face to face and online learning for public and private sector clients. I create tailored content to equip everyone in a business, from frontline staff to leaders, with the mindset, skillset and behaviours needed for the future of work.

I design and deliver eLearning, webinars and face to face training and workshops at the ODI for a range of public and private sector clients. The aim: demystify open data to help governments and businesses can get data to people who need it.
