Directed all operations of two public assisted-living facilities for the elderly (aged 60 to 108) with 81 residents and 101 residents; 60% of residents had Alzheimer’s. Oversaw provision of housing, medical services, meals, and 24-hour care to all residents. Managed €7 million annual budget, communications, admissions, human resources, risk, procurement, facilities, housekeeping, and crises.
