BCG partners with leading companies around the world to design and implement successful business strategies. During my time at BCG, I primarily worked in the healthcare industry.While at BCG, I attended a 2 weeks mini-MBA course, covering the most important business school concepts: Economics, Strategy, Marketing, People & Organization, Operations, Financial and Management Accounting as well as Corporate Finance.

- Used the zebrafish as a system model to study and cure human diseases- Studied the blood-brain barrier development and regulation, which understanding is necessary for the treatment of central nervous system diseases- Developed new tools to study cardiac development and better understand congenital cardiac malformations, accounting for one-quarter of all human congenital abnormalities

- Led 2 major research projects which resulted in 3 scientific publications as first author in international peer-reviewed journals- Implemented the use of zebrafish as a new model organism in the lab, establishing and managing the first zebrafish facility of Brussels- Defined standard procedures for the use of the zebrafish- Supervised and mentored 3 undergraduate students and a technician- Presented my research at major international conferences in the US and in Europe (over 1000 participants each). Main stage speaker in Paris (abstract was ranked 2d out of 1300)

- Free Music Festival attended by 20 000 people- Managed 200 volunteers, overall budget of €50 000
