Worked with facility teams across all four ASU campuses to create cohesive messaging. Mapped out content and managed timelines for several projects at once. Partnered with other departments within the facility to promote events and programs effectively to various audiences. Coordinated team meetings to discuss updates and any issues as well as delegate tasks and assignments to the team. Facilitated and ran events at least once a month. Assisted in creating timelines and organization for future events.
