About Emilie Mogensen
As IDG consultant I work with the Inner Development Goals for a regenerative educational system and sustainable transformation for 23 business colleges in Denmark. When we transform from an extractive to a regenerative paradigm, we as humans remember our innate wisdom of connection to nature, each other and ourselves. My purpose is to guide this transformation, where we re-discover our inter-connectedness and humanity as one living being. I guide students and teachers in 23 business colleges on their onwards journey towards implementing Inner and social sustainability in the educational material and the way we facilitate, bringing in more than a cognitive approach, allowing the entire human to show up from a place of authenticity and presence. Working with the framework Inner Development Goals, various wisdom traditions and regenerative practices, I facilitate workshops and courses, both for students and teachers. I consciously bring in my diverse background from design and entrepreneurship and 3 decades of being a sincere meditation practitioner and trainer. I approach my work as a social entrepreneur with substantial experience in how we can enhance outer transformation by increasing our inner capacity and awareness. Exploring how we can learn from natures intelligence and become ecosystem facilitators in the way we facilitate, in order to re-design education to empower future generations and awaken sustainable development at scale. ♻️🌎💚
