• Events coordinator for all events organized by the RGA; • Deal with sponsors, members and futures members;• Responsible for selling different sponsorship packages for the events; • Management of our accounts receivable; Responsible for the membership renewal; • Participate in the recruitment of new members, maintaining good relationships with our existing members; • Responsible for negotiating new agreements

Train volunteers for workplace campaign event roles and provide ongoing volunteer support during campaign • Organize and schedule events during the workplace campaign fundraising • Maintain a presence during campaign events and represent Healthpartners at social events, galas, client meetings, etc • Speak on behalf of Healthpartners during fundraising events when needed • Oversee promotional item and collateral material fulfillment inventory, manage associated budgets • Develop relationships with federal government employees, campaign representatives, Healthpartners (HP) provincial coordinators and HP members from across the country. • Manage requests made by HP’s 16 member organizations and encourage and facilitate their participation in campaign related events (Canadian Cancer Society, Parkinson Society Canada, Canadian Liver Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association, etc.) • Coordinate follow up with HP’s member organizations at the end of the campaign

• Welcome customers • Be knowledgeable on all details of the featured homes to answer any inquiries • Establish a good relationship towards the possibility of a purchase.
