Led the Workforce Inclusion and Experience Branch, overseeing strategy, research, policy, and innovative programs aimed at enhancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across the NSW public sector workforce. Fostered sector collaboration and uplift through the regular community of practice events and an online resource library. Managed a multidisciplinary team of 20, with high employee engagement and results.Developed and implemented the PSC Belonging and Inclusion Strategy, earning endorsement from the NSW Secretaries Board for initiatives addressing sexual harassment prevention, Aboriginal employment, cultural diversity, disability employment, and anti-racism.Led initiatives such as the NSW Aboriginal Employment Strategy and Everyone’s Business Cultural Capability Program, Closing the Gap Priority Reform initiatives.
