Led the Workforce Inclusion and Experience Branch, overseeing strategy, research, policy, and innovative programs aimed at enhancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across the NSW public sector workforce. Fostered sector collaboration and uplift through the regular community of practice events and an online resource library. Managed a multidisciplinary team of 20, with high employee engagement and results.Developed and implemented the PSC Belonging and Inclusion Strategy, earning endorsement from the NSW Secretaries Board for initiatives addressing sexual harassment prevention, Aboriginal employment, cultural diversity, disability employment, and anti-racism.Led initiatives such as the NSW Aboriginal Employment Strategy and Everyone’s Business Cultural Capability Program, Closing the Gap Priority Reform initiatives. Contributed to high-profile sector-wide reforms and strategies, including paid-parental leave enhancements and disability employment review. Led the Performance and Reporting branch, responsible for key research projects including the NSW People Matter Employee Survey and the annual State of the Public Sector Report.Achieved higher survey response rates and conducted impactful research on workplace behaviours like bullying and sexual harassment.

Led the collaboration between the Australian Human Rights Commission and the Australian Defence Force, driving cultural reform and diversity initiatives.Provided high-level advice to the Sex Discrimination Commissioner and played a pivotal role in advancing gender equality and cultural reform within Defence.

Led policy and research initiatives for the Social Justice Commissioner, focusing on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander issues such as family violence, criminal justice, health, and constitutional recognition.Contributed to influential Social Justice Reports and advocated for justice reinvestment policies and Closing the Gap justice targets.

Developed advice for the Director General and Minister for Juvenile Justice and managed projects to improve service delivery for clients of the Department of Juvenile Justice.

Working at Stanmore Intensive Programs Unit and the Youth Drug and Alcohol Program, I provided individual assessment, counselling, case management and program development with young people who had committed serious or recidivist offences.
