Write and edit training manuals, employee handbooks, employment contracts, and bi-monthly company newsletter. Advertise for positions as needed (company-wide) and assist with screening applicants. Send weekly payroll details for approvals and adjustments. Process payroll bi-weekly using Sage HRMS and MAS 500 for companies in UT, IN, and MO. Assist new hires in filling out the necessary paperwork, organizing employee files, running new hires through E-Verify, report new hires to the state, etc.. Order and distribute uniforms for any departments and companies as needed and track uniform deposits and returns.
