During my studies at one of the top universities in the Baltic States, I developed a strong interest in finance and economics. My time there developed strong discipline, hard work, and responsibility in pursuing academic excellence.My early work experience in international customer service taught me professionalism and how to deliver excellent service. As an exchange student at Kedge Business School, I discovered project management through a practical assignment, which sparked my interest in the field.I started my career as an IT Project Management intern at Adapt, where I continuously develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills by managing international projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.Currently, I am gaining confidence in project management and aim to further my skills in product ownership, focusing on analytical and product development strategies.
