Working as Technical Specialist I facilitate the movement of product through the distribution facility to company owned stores.

As a member of the Meat Team, my role included setting and maintaining attractive Meat displays and supporting the regional Meat vision. I ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers and team members

Apprentice / Assistant Manager leads the successful day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Trains and develops crew, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains budgets set by the General Manager. Works shoulder-to-shoulder with the General Manager to prepare for the General Manager role as his/her next position with the company.

The Service Manager is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. He/she maintains a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment. The responsibilities of this position require Service Managers to be on their feet working while clocked in, unless on break. If they are not busy, they are expected to evaluate what other tasks need to be completed, and assist others with those tasks.

As Kitchen Manager, you’ll learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You are responsible for making sure our food is absolutely delicious. You’ll order the food and train others to become future kitchen managers.The Kitchen Manager enjoys the responsibility of ensuring the quality and safety of Chipotle’s delicious food every day. They see to it that the kitchen is clean, organized and well stocked; and that the equipment is properly maintained and in good condition. Throughout the process they are training and developing Crew members, to help them learn to become future Kitchen Managers. At its core, as with every position at Chipotle, it is about promoting teamwork and creating a great customer experience. While on the clock, the Kitchen Manager is always busy on their feet, accomplishing their station’s goals, taking on tasks that they see that need to get done, and pitching-in to help their teammates.

As a Crew members I take pride in preparing and serving Chipotle’s delicious food. They know that in order to do this right, they need a clean and organized work area. By consistently following the proper recipes and procedures, and adhering to Chipotle’s high standards regarding food preparation, cleaning and sanitation, teamwork and customer service, they help to ensure that the Chipotle customer experience is always the best it can be. Crew members get to learn about and work at a variety of stations: Tortilla, Salsa, Prep, Grill, Expo, and Faxpeditor. In each area they’re greeting and interacting with Chipotle’s customers directly, making their meals, while portioning out the ingredients to our standards. Crew members’ responsibilities require them to be on their feet working while clocked in, unless on break. If they are not busy, they are expected to take on tasks they see that need to get done, and pitch in to help their teammates.

As a Warehouse Associate I was accountable for the storing, shipping, and receiving of merchandise while maintaining business standards of safety, sanctuary, productivity, and client requirements. I was also responsible for operating a forklift for the intention of moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting products.

As a retail sales associate I helped customers as soon as they enter the door until they leave the store. I always did my best to encourage a customer to purchase a particular project or item. I also had other tasks that include managing inventory, organizing product on the store floor, and handle money at the register. My favorite thing as a retail sales associate is to help customers find what item they are looking for in the store and offer then a good shopping experience.

A sales associate (sometimes called a model) is someone who assists customers in sales, stocks merchandise, accurately records sales and keeps the store clean and organized. A sales associate reports to an assistant store manager or a store manager, depending on which is on site at the particular Abercrombie & Fitch store.
