I am Currently the Program Manager of QuickStart Early Years, an Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funded organization. We provide Caregiver-Mediated Early Years services to families and caregivers with children aged 12-36 months with autism in the East region of Ontario. The QuickStart™ Autism Navigator® program is research and evidence-based and can help with the communication and socialization skills of children with autism.

I have successfully represented the Corporation in arbitration across Canada and build strong relationships with the National Union counterparts increasing collaboration between the parties. Additionally, I have offered collective agreement interpretation support, supported National Policy Grievances, operated the Grievance Management System, and participated in contingency planning for the organization.

Working with Professor Robert Hickey to create the Ministry report on the Human Resource situation and needs of the Developmental sector within Ontario. My responsibilities for the strategy are associated with the completion of a literature review, jurisdictional scan, and survey development. I am responsible for the development and distribution of the DSHR Employee survey. the goal of the survey is to understand the current Human Resource situation and needs witihin the Developmental Services sector. This position has allowed me to develop my research, interviewing, survey development, and distribution skills in addition to working with programs like Qualitrics, Excel, and Endnote.

As Program Coordinator for QPSSI (Queen's Political Studies Summer Institute) I was responsible for various aspects of the international student summer program run at Queen's University in Kingston Ontario. In this role, I was responsible for and assisted with coordinating the travel, accommodations, schedule, events, activity booking, and day to day events for all of the Australian National University Students involved with the 2017 program. I accompanied and was the primary contact for all of the students in the month leading up to, and during the program on their day to day activities inlcuding various day and overnight trips accross Southern Ontario and Quebec. As the returning Promotions and Fundraising Coordinator, I am responsible for raising funds, promoting Explore. All money raised goes towards the Explore bursary fund, which helps alleviate the camp costs for families and children who cannot afford the fees. This job entails: running raffles, local business interaction, and all media promotion of the Camp. The position is responsible for how Explore camp is interpreted through social media and promotions efforts to the public. Explore is a non-profit, student-run initiative that is designed to excite children and youth about geography and provide employment for undergraduate students within the Faculty of Arts and Science at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario .
