Global quality control with controllers in China, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh ... assuming, among others, the following responsibilities and departments:- Global quality control- Product security department- Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and supplier sustainability- Internal laboratory.- Pattern making teams, sewing operators and technicians to optimize preproduction processes, unifying fittings and quality criteria. ("in house" sampling workshops)Responsible for the EMEA SOURCING DEPARTMENT. Principal tasks:- Suppliers and product sourcing for Cortefiel, Pedro Del Hierro, Springfield, Women ‘Secret and Fifty Factory in the short leadtime area**EMEA Sourcing (Europe, Middle East, Africa and America)- Product life management (PLM) - Development and implementation of an action plan for emergent producer countries such as Ethiopia, Lesotho, Turkmenistan, as alternatives for China, Bangladesh …- Continuous search and proposal of new raw materials, determined by origins, production sustainability and innovation.- Suppliers risk evaluation, excessive concentration, economic situation… New alternative proposals.
