With an eye for detail, I oversee every stage of production, from conception to delivery, ensuring our courses uphold paando's commitment to wellness and excellence.

Coordinating team members from both pre and post-production teams, organizing the workload, setting deadlines and ensuring that the course is delivered on time with the proper specifications. Being the liaison between the curatorial team and the innovative instructors to establish expectations as well as monitoring production timelines, workloads and content objectives to ensure that they all stay on track prior to the shooting date. Deeply understanding the creative process of each course and teacher, their nuances and requirements, always maintaining a balance between the field experts’ freedom to explore ideas while making ends meet with the production team and established timeline to achieve well-rounded unique courses.

FIFTY24MX was a Mexico City based art gallery focused on the promotion of young contemporary artists from the worlds of Fine Art, Street Art and Graffiti. My daily basis included the planning, preparation and maintenance of exhibits in the gallery, ensuring the smooth running of the gallery and updating the gallery’s website and social media accountsResponsible for the sales and marketing areas, communicating directly with artists and dealers under the direction of the Gallery Directors, being involved in selecting art and artists to enhance the gallery's reputation. Managing the gallery’s budget, dispatch tasks to the gallery’s staff, train interns, plan schedules, set deadlines, arrange transportation of work to and from the gallery, both nationally and internationally.Networking with international galleries in some of the most exclusive art fairs. I was also in charge of developing client lists by notifying potential clients of particular works and exhibitions.

Working alongside both clients and renown artists and creatives, planning budgets and managing the scope of work ensuring everything is clearly briefed and work is evenly distributed to appropriate team members and suppliers. Understanding and translating the project's specifications into concise briefs that guide the creative production, ensuring and delivering projects on time and under budget within agencies and brands such as Adidas, Sprite, PlayStation, Nike, Comex among others.
