I am leading complex application development teams since 1995. I am a fan of agile methodologies (from XP to scrum) and programming languages and I am an expert at TypeScript, Javascript, C #, C ++ and PL/SQL.I trust development teams with a high degree of autonomy and developers who like to research.I am an open source consumer and producer (my main group is https://github.com/codenautas).My sources of inspiration are:* Niklaus Wirth and Bjarne Bjarne Stroustrup (Pascal and C ++),* Jackob Nielsen and Donald Norman (UX),* Kent Beck and Ron Jeffries (extreme programming),* Harari (world vision), * Michael Pollan (kitchen),* Vargas Llosa, Paul Auster, Saramago, Soriano (literature).I keep mentioning XP even though it seems old-fashioned because scrum omits some important points wich are out of its scope. I believe in the importance of automated test cases. I highlight from XP the teachings on the development methodology and the discussion regarding costs.About my preferences:* I adhere and share the preferences of the Agile Manifesto.* I prefer to organize teams based on the role of full stack developer over the division between frontend and backend developer.* I prefer ACID and SQL databases over Mongo type document databases, although I recognize the value of flexibility and the need for the latter for certain solutions.* I prefer strongly typed languages ​​to overly flexible ones.* I prefer to spend time getting the whole team to know the data model in depth rather than the technical aspects of the solutions on the frontend.* I prefer to measure the work of the developers on the success of the users in achieving their own goals.I am a hands-on coordinator that always finds the way to perform coordination tasks efectively and continue programming, designing, researching and studying.
