Oversee and inspect all aspects of pipeline construction including survey, one-calls, ditch, string, weld, NDE, coating, hydrotest, etc

Utility Inspector for Royal Dutch Shell at Segue/Piloncillo Ranch process plant and (2) large manifold sites. Inspect all civil work, thoroughly insp. all material rec'd, weld mapping, performed red-lining, performed thorough walk-down for hydrotesting.

Served as utility inspector for the construction of 5 large compressor stations for ETC (Houston Pipeline). Compressors consisted of CAT 3606,3616,and CM 24's. I was extensively involved with the procurement for these stations (BOM). I took part in every aspect of the construction process, from civil to shutdown. I also served as Utility Insp. for a 18 mile re-route and 8 miles of replacement sections (18" pipe) in the Victoria, Tx area. I became very familiar with API codes and the welding process.
