I received the public recognition by the Ministry of Education: "Saber Pro 2021 The night of the best", for obtaining one of the best scores nationally in the State Examination of Quality of Higher Education in Law (100th percentile). I co-developed the "Guide to attend dawn raids: Superintendence of Transportation" (https://bit.ly/3vYkZZN), which explains to businessmen and citizens how they can act when a regulatory agency visits them. I have worked, substantially, documents such as nullity claims before the Council of State, appeals for reconsideration before resolutions of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, responses before openings of investigation by the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, including documents of discharges before the same investigations, as well as documents to oppose the economic merger of two companies in various occasions. -----------------------------------------------------------Recibí el reconocimiento público, por parte del Ministerio de educación: "Saber Pro 2021 La noche de los mejores", por obtener uno de los mejores puntajes a nivel nacional en el Examen de Estado de Calidad de la Educación Superior en Derecho (Percentil 100). Desarrollé, conjuntamente, la “Guía para atender Visitas Administrativas de la Superintendencia de Transporte” (https://bit.ly/3vYkZZN), en la cual se explica a los empresarios y ciudadanos cómo pueden actuar cuando una superintendencia los visita. He trabajado, sustancialmente, documentos tales como demandas de nulidad ante el Consejo de Estado, recursos de reposición ante resoluciones de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, respuestas ante aperturas de investigación por parte de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, incluyendo documentos de descargos ante las mismas investigaciones, así como documentos para oponerse a la integración de dos empresas en varias ocasiones.
