Designed and obtained approval for a strategy to combine Mexican government funds and private resources aiming to detonate economic development in specific productive chains, with low risk and high economic impact. As coordinator of a team, conducted economic and financial analysis to originate and implement economic development projects in Mexico in full compliance with development fund’s requirements: o Executed the project of restructuring CONACyT’s innovation agendas for Special Economic Zones (SEZ), resulting 9 agendas with “quadruple helix” consensus.o Collaborated in the Suppliers Development Program for the Special Economic Zones working with The World Bank, SHCP and local governments, resulting 120 entreprises evaluated, 45 developed and 15 connected with the big companies installed into SEZ. o Created a trade and academic relationship between Mexico and Netherlands to develop Mexican port-maritime sector into hydrocarbons industry in the Gulf of Mexico.  Managed risk in the acquisitions area, implemented innovative strategies adapting market opportunities to sustained growth. Using statistical analysis, business planning and programming techniques, achieved the higher portfolio growth (16%) across the industry in 2016 with the lower delinquency rates (second biggest approval of Mexican portfolio of 1 B USD).

 Pioneer in the risk and credit management of the Select & Premier segment; worked hand by hand with all teams involved in the credit cycle, resulting in product creation of $40,000 MM MXN in 4 months.  Managed the second biggest mortgage portfolio ($150,000 MM MXN) in Mexico and the largest of the bank. Reached the greater industry growth for this portfolio in a 2015-year period in full compliance with the requirements of the global risk managers.
