I am the founder and Managing Partner of Visual Flow, a consulting firm that helps its customers accelerate their Business Excellence journeys through the use of Process Mining and Digital twin technologies. I am excited to apply technology to Process Improvement, the domain where I have spent most of my career. In 2003 I co-founded Kairos Management (www.kairosmanagement.com), an independent Business Consulting company, that was sold in July 2018. During 15 years, we helped large multinational companies with their Business Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives in more than 30 countries (mainly in Europe, the Americas and Asia). I have been involved with startups since 2017 (first as an Investment Director for a club of Business Angels, then as a partner in a boutique investment & equity crowdfunding company, and now as a Business Angel - where I have invested in 6 startups). In 2013 I co-founded Cimba Solutions, a mobile-commerce start-up. After raising seed capital from professional investors, we could not raise enough money in a follow-up round to grow our user base and did an orderly closure. Before that, I held several technical leadership and management positions at General Electric and Air Liquide (in France, Belgium and Spain). I hold a M.Sc. degree in Telecommunication Engineering from “Universidad Politécnica de Madrid” (Spain) and a Masters in Business Administration from "Collège des Ingénieurs" in Paris, France.I speak Spanish, English and French.Specialties: I have 32 years of international experience in startup investment, consulting, e-business & IT services, and chemical & electrical industries, where I have been instrumental in managing P&L organizations, building and leading teams, selling professional services, managing projects and programs, industrial marketing, as well as defining & executing e-business strategies, and analysing startups looking for investment.
