Conduct requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting. Provide input and analysis required each project management (cost, schedule, and performance), as well as strategic planning, programming, and budgeting. Participate in each project’s spend plan reviews to assess if current plan and forecast are reflected or require change. Handle contract budget execution and deliverable completion, identify risks, notify stakeholders when issues arose, and recommend solutions. Manage up to 18-person multi-function teams to complete project tasks and milestones, and meet client expectations.
