With over eight years of experience in the financial sector, I am a passionate and versatile software engineer. I enjoy developing innovative solutions that enhance the efficiency, security, and performance of the systems and processes used by the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores de la República Dominicana (SMV), the regulatory authority of the Dominican Republic's securities market. I am committed to delivering high-quality results that meet the needs and expectations of the SMV and its stakeholders, while adhering to the best practices and standards of the industry. I value collaboration, learning, and improvement, and I seek to leverage my diverse skills and perspectives to contribute to the SMV's mission and vision.As a risk model implementation analyst at the SMV since October 2020, I have been responsible for the development, maintenance, and implementation of software automated tools in the department. I have also been involved in the creation and presentation of reports that provide insights and recommendations on the risk management and supervision of the securities market. Some of the skills that I have applied and developed in this role include agile methodologies, SQL, cascading style sheets (CSS), and data analysis. Additionally, I have participated in training and workshops to enhance my knowledge and skills in risk modeling, regulation, and compliance.
