Go-game-changers award & launching Uni.re.cycle in September 2021UNI.RE.CYCLE - Our team at the Digital Society was asked to design a solution for Amsterdams University of Applied Sciences and University of Amsterdam waste influx using Digital Transformation.Our team created a platform that would encourage students to purchase less food packaging by instead bringing their food and drinks in reusable containers from home as well as a set of sustainable challenges to bridge them into sustainable habits.

3DHubs is an online manufacturing service, which offers 3DPrinting, CNC machining, Sheet Metal Fabrication and Injection Molding. Their main offices are based in Amsterdam, however, they also have offices in Paris, Berlin and Chicago. Through decentralized manufacturing, they are able to provide customer-tailored needs through their platform and effectively quote the clients project.During my internship at 3DHubs, I was part of a team of 130 people, ranging from different backgrounds inside customer relations, marketing, logistics, engineering, design, finance and many more. While being a part of the Order Fulfilment team, I worked closely with a multicultural team who managed clients orders and advised them on how to produce their next project.My main tasks were:Additive manufacturing specialist and partner support operations. Lead for (Europe and Australia markets)- Quality control of 3D prints.- Overseeing the production of 3D prints.- Communicating with Manufacturing partners- Collaborating with Mechanical engineers, Supply chain managers, and Customer success representatives to ensure requests and issues are resolved as quickly as possible.What I learned during my internship:- How to effectively and reliably communicate with clients - How to evaluate 3D prints and provide feedback to manufacturing partners - How to collaborate with teams from different disciplines and have a cohesive resolution- How to participate in a fast-evolving company and keeping up with the pace of the tasks- How to contribute to solving problems that had a positive impact on the team- Work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.

With a C1 English Level, I taught Grammar, Reading Vocabulary in use, Speaking and Listening.
