Ensuring safety, efficiency, Budget and good practices and continuous improvement of the operation of airports, always meeting all the company's standards. Principal functions: Responsible to manage all accounts of suppliers in Europe, USA, Caribbean, Oceania. To lead the processes of continuous improvement with the leaders of airports and suppliers. Budget management. To review and administrate all contractual requirements of all the airports. Leading projects such as opening new airports focused on platform services, process improvement, optimization of cargo, projects related to LEAN Fuel.

Evaluation, planning and implementation of aircraft related projects. Construct request for proposals, contract negotiations with suppliers, presentations to the executive board and investment committee. Supplier selection, planning, resource coordination. Responsible for annual budget and payment process (authorization and POs tracking). Strong knowledge and understanding of aviation, Cabin and IFE systems. Pipeline of projects mainly composed by Linefit and Retrofits projects. In charge of a team of Industrial Engineers.

Responsible for the daily communication, negotiations and relation with suppliers and internal clients, controlling the action items and Gantt chart of different projects. Leading B787 and A350 IFE configuration and SW development program. Follow up of budget and weekly reports to Senior manager.
