As an Eletric Engineer, with a Master Degree in Business Administration and an Executive Development Specialization at Wharton School, I am always motivated by challenges and changes on Services, Customer Care andTelecommunication. Now I have a strong look on how the artificial intelligence is driving all industries .Last decade in charge of the establishment, management and development of the Virtual Connection Group and its companies as a Co-founder and CEO, I was fortunately able to generate more than 10,000 jobs and bring our brand to 60 cities in Brazil, Mexico and United States through the trust of 40 clients. Over the past 10 years Virtual Connection experienced a AAGR of 3 digits which challenged us to make ourselves more efficient and innovative while guaranteeing our competitiveness and constant contrast among the process and market.Going forward I am still focused on the future of Virtual Connection Group and its companies as a Managing Partner and with the New Business Development Role, together with the decision making with the board members of the group.Before Virtual Connection, I worked for multinational companies in Brazil and US and owned other businesses in the real state market, telecommunication and a restaurant in Santa Monica-CA, which helped me on my background to plan the next steps creating our own future.
