On the other hand, prepare and implement a scorecard (CM) that allows the managers of the Citizen Service department to effectively monitor the activity carried out and, in addition, detect problems and anticipate solutions. The application used for the CM is Qlik Sense. The visualizations built on the basis of this application allow, at zero cost, to explore the data in depth and reveal connections and opportunities associated with the activity of the service, in a clear and intuitive way.
