Main responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, contract and develop vendor solutions based on Production/VRM/MLS/Sales requirements, and in alignment with Moravia's business requirements and strategic direction for each allocated account.- Test and qualify vendors in cooperation with MLS for each allocated account.- Make sure Operations and each allocated account is provided with the best possible outsourcing solutions considering price, quality, availability and service.- Stay on top of market trends, look for replacement if current resources increase their rates.- Negotiate suppliers´ rates on project basis for each allocated account and based on minimum market rates, we need to unify rates across the company.- Ensure all required information is entered into information systems and make sure they are always up-to date with current partner details.- Communicate/directly interact with suppliers, answer queries, provide support if needed.- Act as the first escalation point for internal customers in Moravia and for Business Partners/suppliers.- Track performance of partner solutions and implement corrective actions when appropriate with quality managers.- Analyze volume data per account(s), language and vendor on a regular basis and draw conclusions in line guidance provided by Team Lead.- Collaborate on company-wide initiatives related to supplier management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Maintain paramount focus on providing excellent customer service to our internal clients (hiringmanagers) and points of contact (client accounts) by securing top-notch, quality talent foropen positions.• Uphold the Welocalize brand and 4 Pillars of Customer Service, Quality, Innovation, and GlobalTeamwork.• Work closely with the recruiting management and Staffing operations teams, act as the mainpoint of contact for a client account/project or set of client accounts, stepping in as therecruiting expert in projection of their own capacity, as well as other junior recruiters assigned tothe account.• Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various externalrecruiting tools.• Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with job requirements by, for example, evaluating,screening, and interviewing the candidate.• Negotiate salary, rates, and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, andgain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.• Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thoroughdocumentation on candidates• Act as the ATS/CRM champion for their team, consistently maintaining candidate informationwith understanding of the importance of record accuracy, KPI’s and recruiting metrics (Time ToFill, Quality of Fill, Cost of Fill), and performance reporting.
