Owned and operated Taqueria 251, A Mexican inspired Restaurant in the Heart of Northside.Closed on September 2021 and re-opened fully rebranded as Cantina Agave on October of the same year.Kitchen & Bar-Developed all dishes and recipes for new food and drink items.-Handled all inventory and par levels alongside with food, beer and liquor deliveries.-Developed food line and all processes to create a smooth operation. -Handled the day to day operations of both kitchen and bar.Architecture & Design-Created all architectural drawings for project buildout approval with the City of Cincinnati.(Previous employer reviews, approved and sealed finished plans for submission.)-Designed and built the bar and furniture (stools, chairs, tables, picnic tables, etc) from scratch. -Designed and painted all the interior alongside with bathroom and main dining murals.-Designed and built other miscellaneous items for the Restaurant.-Designed and created all graphic design for promotional and marketing strategies for the Restaurant.

Worked on every aspect of a remodel architectural project. From initial site and building dimensioning and measuring of a remodel project, to the submittal of the final drawings for approval at the DBI (Department of Building Inspection). Worked on plans, sections and elevations of ongoing projects. The projects consisted of commercial, residential and public spaces. Created renders on photoshop and 3D models on sketch-up for ongoing projects.Filed and reviewed projects with DBI for new project approvals. Helped and mentored 2 days a week the kids at YAX (Youth Art Exchange) on their summer project. The project consisted of creating a physical large scale model of a dragon composed out of scales with different patterns. The project was created for the AAMSF (Asian Art Museum of San Francisco).

Worked on redlines of existing ongoing projects. DIHASA is a construction company who's main focus is social housing projects. Each project consisted of more than 300+ housing units. Most of the redlines where of the main overall site plans due to the fact that the units had already been designed but their overall layout and composition changed. Worked on electrical, sewage and plumbing redlines as well.Went to the building sites to check on different details of the construction, such as the application of materials and construction as well as the planning of the sites infrastructure.Tackled side projects the company put me in charge of such as; the design in plan of a simple country house and the layout of the additional programs (Swimming pool, parking lot and soccer field), the remodeling of a two story house and the design in plan of a building who's main program was to host dinner events.
