Annual research and assistance with employee eligibility, employee participation, Form 5500 data collection, Flex Plans and other analysis requested by Benefits Manager or other key managementPeriod reconciliation of schedules/reports such as: health, dental, disability, life, and 401k, employee verification, census, employee service awards, etc.Financial reconciliation includes processing medical/dental premiums, as well as, disability and life premiums, with special reconciliation spreadsheets for JL accounting department.Examine and coordinate correct coding and signatures for benefit invoices.Support AP in the appropriate coding where information is lacking.Support and engage with internal benefit auditing process, as well as, third party audits, such as Mc Gladrey.Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee benefit records and files.Coordinate the Health and Wellness program by building a committee, scheduling the meetings and seeing that all wellness related activities are carried out.
