As the HR Operational Experiences and Enhancements Manager, I lead a team of HR professionals who provide operational support and strategic guidance on a myriad employee benefits issues. I also leverage the data from our employee actions to drive better future experiences for our employees.I recently completed my Masters of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School, and hold two prestigious HR certifications: SPHR and SHRM-SCP. These credentials reflect my commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of human resources.
