We also provide consulting services and a blueprint for building, operating and maintaining smart road infrastructure. TECAT’s systems easily attach to any hard-to-reach or previously inaccessible mechanical shaft or module. The sensors measure torque, motion, temperature, pressure, acceleration, power and other characteristics. TECAT uses an open architecture wireless technology and applies proprietary algorithms to minimize power consumption levels. Output data can be used to view, record and monitor performance. We're excited about the work we're doing work in the racing and automotive industries as well as oil and gas, and mining.

Served as the top executive of this community organization, and provided leadership to a nine member Board of Directors, twenty-five faculty and administrative staff members, and one hundred families.

Consulted to CEOs and Boards of Fortune 500 companies in the areas of equity compensation, board governance, talent management, performance and rewards. Provided operational leadership to to the Midwest Executive Compensation and Rewards and Talent Management practice. Served on Mercer's national Performance and Rewards leadership group and Mercer's global Human Capital leadership task force and leadership group. Led the introduction of Mercer's EC intellectual property group formed for the purposes of collection and leveraging intellectual capital of the EC practice. In a stint with the Ontario Securities Commission, was responsible for overseeing the introduction of the Canadian executive compensation disclosure process.
