Our Singapore Scholars Self-Starter Suite is a proprietary solution to make long-lasting study behavioural improvements to P3-P6 kids so that mothers will worry less, nag less and be proud of what their kids can achieve.

The built-environment industry is unfortunately plagued with problems such as low productivity, minimal innovation and slow adoption of technology. I am spearheading a series of Business Innovation initiatives to equip Heeton with the edge in our industry. Weekly Kaizen Blitz Workshops are conducted to identify waste and opportunities for improvement and innovation. From there, I lead the procurement and development of tools to improve the efficiency of our work processes. Once a strong Kaizen culture has been established, I will introduce this mindset to our hospitality arm and seek to optimise our operations. Hopefully, along the way, exciting products and services will also be developed by the Business Innovation Team and maybe those could stand on their own as ventures?

Building a pseudo-omniscient knowledge of the intricate details of Heeton Holdings and the hospitality/real-estate/property development industries. As of now, I am experimenting with all sorts of ideas, hoping to uncover deep values in unchartered territories. Currently looking into the prospects of data analytics, kaizen/lean culture and potentially a co-living/serviced community for our developments. Oh, and looking into a better coffee machine for the office. Nespresso capsules are overpriced "coffee" and it is also terrible for the environment.

- Delivered over 50 study skills seminars to various secondary schools and international schools in Singapore. - Managed over 5 other presenters as a Team Leader and guided them to deliver engaging seminars to more than 10,000 students. - Actively screened and recruited more than 10 other presenters to join us.

Assisted three Performance Marketing managers (Influencer Marketing, Ambassador Marketing, Content Creation) with their daily tasks. This included the entire process of Influencer Marketing (from scouting of talents to liaison to contract drafting), organising physical events (from event conceptualisation to inventory management to blowing balloons) and social media content creation (from planning of content to photoshopping of content to managing content on social media). Worked in a dynamic team of 7 different nationalities in a foreign country. Spearheaded special projects such as Instagram SparkAR filters.

Looked at hundreds of varieties of plants to identify the unique characteristics that would make them ideal for the various Green Walls in Singapore's climate. Helped to develop a catalogue of plants for optimisation of Green Walls' performance. It's like the IKEA catalogue but instead of deciding if the TÄRENDÖ fits your pretentious Nordic-themed living room, you decide if the Money Plant fits on your Green Wall given the sun path at your balcony.
