My key responsibilities as a technician are,• Execute maintenance plans, weekly, monthly & annual in liason with planner, Mechanical engineer and electrical engineer • To be accountable to ensure all assigned Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules are carried out at the defined frequency and completed to the required standard. • Lead review of quality of PPM with the operations team. • Coach operators to perform autonomous maintenance tasks, machine set ups optimisation and support growth in equipment capability as required. • Track Adherence to & Quality of autonomous tasks and liaise with the Maintenance Planner to close out identified Gaps • Make full use of SAP - SAP reporting & recording completion. • Manage personal data in Workday e.g. P4G and personal details (specific responsibilities to be clarified) • Review of Shift SIC performance and feedback into Asset Care Tier Meeting. • Raise 5 why’s as defined by agreed trigger points. Work with Operators and team leaders to play a proactive role in situational problem solving on shift. Fixing problems and finding solutions via RCPS • Engage in start of shift meetings and performance-based team meetings to raise and address persistent performance issues. • Participates in Daily, Weekly and Monthly scheduled Asset Care Meetings, contribute to the agenda and complete actions as required • Delivery of Tebwa walkabouts and machine inspections and track closure of actions. • Support TLS & Operators to build asset care and RCPS capability • Delivery of end of shift report• Review of spares inventory and close out identified and assigned gaps • Participate in equipment criticality assessments. • Review of equipment BOMs and closure of identified and assigned gaps • Review of work instructions and OPLS to standardise process

Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.Maintain all machinery to ensure it's at working standards.Create and implement maintenance procedures.Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.

I am an ambitious engineering graduate with an eye for detail.I am highly motivated ,an excellent team player who is performance driven and results oriented.I have undertaken two graduate on job trainees programmes that have imparted valuable skills relevant to the engineering field.

During this experience I was tasked with learning all operation processes,maintenance schedules and design procedures for all machines on the plant.I gained valuable knowledge in biomass handling equipment, basic management skills and safety procedures.
