I was hired to create spreadsheets and keep the information updated, as well as create company documents. I was responsible for submitting payroll and handled accounts payable and receivable. I typed up estimates then forwarded to client/insurance co./both. I communicated with clients and suppliers through multiple tools, as well as sought out new clientele. I performed basic office duties as well, such as answering the phone, scheduling clients, keeping the social media site updated and keeping client files and bank accounts updated/balanced. I also researched products and services for the company, made bank and mail runs and order/purchase supplies.
