Accountable for profitability of Surfactants/ Oleochemical products in the Mercosur Region ($ 420M in annual revenues) and leader of 4 people. The main activities are:• Develop a qualified team to face business challenges• Develop and implement pricing strategies for Surfactants & Oleochemical products. Working closely with several other departments, including Sales, Production, Logistics and Procurement• Lead strategic initiatives together with business leads and regional business manager to design/improve commercial policies across the region• Optimize profitability (contribution margin) by evaluating the whole business and thinking outside the box of the line Surfactants and Oleochemicals of division Mercosur• Active participation of the annual budget defining minimum prices, profitability and growth target for each product line• Lead projects in the Mercosur region to improve the profitability• Competitive analysis and market intelligence.• Understanding of Global Market scenario though reports, conferences and direct contact with main players• Travel with and support sales person on customer/ suppliers visits or key negotiations• Monthly presentation regarding to the business results, actions plans, KPIs and highlights to Mercosur COO

The product marketing area at Oxiteno is accountable for driving optimal pricing approach in sales to maximize profitability. And the main routine is:• Deep understanding of the market (supply x demand, competition and substitutes, market size, market share, strengths and weaknesses, etc);• Definition of pricing policies;• Work closely to planning and procurement, guaranteeing the assets optimization and keeping the variable costs under control;• Accountable for pursuing the effectiveness of the budgeted results and margin optimization and support sales team in getting new business opportunities
