I am a fully qualified and accredited Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and chartered by the British Psychological Society (BPS). I have experience working with clients of all ages, having worked within the NHS for over nine years with clients experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. I also has experience supporting clients to navigate relationship difficulties.Within therapy, I draw from a range of evidence-based psychological therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I use these techniques in a collaborative and explorative way to help individuals’ navigate challenges and improve wellbeing. My primary aim within therapy is to create a safe space where goals can be developed and skills and strategies can be discovered to work toward recovery. I strive to be supportive and non-judgemental and create an environment that is both accepting and empowering.
