👋🏼 When I was 10, I won my school talent quest 💁🏻♀️ - I figured after that I knew what good talent looked like and wanted to be a part of others journeys to win their (job seeking) talent quest! Before I started at Funlab, Core Values were just two words placed side by side, but after 10 years with the business and endless opportunities for development, experience and growth, these words are our foundation and provide the basis on which the Funlab #talentteam approach recruitment. These values allow us to distinguish between good talent and Motherfunnin' great talent. Over my journey with Funlab, there has been one constant - its commitment to its people, our Motherfunners. As a part of the People team, we exist to ensure that both People and our Values are aligned. I am hooked on the idea of blowing peoples perceptions out of the water when it comes to life at Funlab...having dogs in the office definitely helps! We base our success off of two things; seeing our people grow and develop into new opportunities; and introducing new talent that will support and drive Funlab to the next level - because without its people, there is no Funlab.
