As Head of Creative at Klar, I am responsible for scaling and directing Klar's creative team. The team comprises a graphic designer, a UX Designer, a content manager, a photographer/videographer, and five translators.I continuously assess the market and competition to lay the roadmap for brand development and structure the team accordingly. I organize the marketing efforts in an international environment as we currently operate across 5 markets.

Trying to use design to shift people's interest in fashion towards a more sustainable one.As a brand creative I have a hybrid role in which I take on various design-related tasks. Both in terms of practical performance-driven digital design, ideation and UX as well as more process-related activities like workshop facilitation, design sprints, process optimization and presentation/coordination of concepts. Further, my work is grounded in the company's overall strategic frame of sustainability.The goal is to dismantle the fashion-interested consumer's deeply rooted pursuit of a product that will be rendered obsolete by the next season. Instead, we design to try to get people interested in apparel made with ethical labour and the least possible environmental impact.

As a CPO I drive product innovation in the software and hardware company Harba, that digitalizes the management of harbours and their communication with boaters.
