It Operations Analyst / Asset Management And Support Services
Current- Provide PC/LAN support to TD Bank front and back office users in Brooklyn and Staten Island.
- Use specified systems and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware, software, applications, operating systems and related network problems for individual users.
- Monitor ServiceNow ticket queue and respond to Same day, Next business day and IMAC tickets
- Complete work orders and change requests including upgrades, installations, repairs and preventive maintenance (PM) on desktops, laptops, and related peripherals.
- Provide Smart hands and feet to the network/server teams to Install, monitor and maintain network equipment, switches, routers, and servers.
- Monitor the status and progress toward resolution of all open incidents
