Emil Ongchuan II is the founder of an established dessert concept, The Lost Bread, in the Philippines. He graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering at De La Salle University. He worked as a Field Engineer with General Electric and as a Supply chain Manager for Philips Lighting. His love and passion for food has led him to turn his back from the corporate scene in order to pursue his childhood dream of opening a restaurant. He has been tagged as one of the most successful millenial restaurant owners in Manila having his stores constantly ranked as one of the best concepts in the metro. In 2018, Nextgen in franchising Philippines competition awarded him overall champion. With 4 stores opened in a span of 3 years, his goal is now to lead company in expanding throughout the country.
