- Managing all financial operations of four companies, the HQ in Bulgaria and 3 subsidiary companies in the USA, Japan, and China. - Advising the CEO on all matters relating to financial performance and guiding financial strategy. - Ensuring funding sources for the company's investment initiatives. - Cash flow management. Managing the company’s liquidity, ensuring that it always has access to cash and sources of credit. - Ensuring legal and regulatory documentation is filed, monitoring internal controls, and compliance with laws and regulations. - Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and planning process. - Oversee operations of the finance and accounting department, and set goals and objectives. - Overseeing payroll process.

- Preparation of monthly forecasts, and actual reports and develop appropriate commentary for the management of the company.- Preparation of the annual budget during the annual business planning process, including assumptions, consolidation, and presentation of plans to business management.- Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.- Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions.- Preparation of long-term financial models and valuation for company projects.- Identify and implement improvements to financial systems in terms of reporting, analysis, and planning.- Preparing management reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.

- Preparing financial analysis of the company.- Participation in the preparation of monthly forecasts and actual reports, budget, and 5-year plan (cash flow, balance sheet, P&L) of the company.- Planning, budgeting, and preparing cost reports for all projects of the company.- Financial control and optimization of the costs of all projects.- Calculating the costs of the production service department.- Tracks financial status by monitoring variances from the plan.

- Leading the FP&A department.- Preparing regular reports (budget vs. actual balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, etc.) according to the management requirements, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.- Planning, budgeting, and financial controlling all activities of the companies in the group.- P&L and Cash Flow analysis of all activities of the companies in the group.- Negotiating with insurance companies and some suppliers.- Financial analysis of the main indicators, cost optimization, and daily monitoring of cash flows of two hotels owned by the company.

- Management of two apartment complexes in Bulgaria (planning, budgeting, controlling, analyzing, and optimizing cash flows and all processes of property management and maintenance).- Optimizing the tax expenses for part of the companies in the group.- Budgeting, financial control, cost optimization, contacting banks and tax offices, and preparing daily, monthly, and annual management reports for two hotels owned by the company.- Preparation of daily, monthly, and annual reports of the company’s construction sites throughout the country.- Managing the relationship with leases and insurance companies.- Participation in negotiations with the banks, leasing companies, and insurance companies.
