- IT Project Management of electronic subscriptions - organizational and conceptual.- Ensure adequate information flow, discussions and feedback between project team members.- Participation in all events of the project, providing them adequate training.- Responsible for the successful implementation of project activities and achieve planned results in project.- Monitoring and management of the development team.- Identify problems, substantiating optimal solutions to be followed.- Preparing any additional documentations.

- Defining, creating and maintaining a coherent IT infrastructure, able to satisfy the company's needs.- Coordinating all activities of the department- Providing good conditions for computer activity in the headquarters and branches (25) of VPN structure.- Ensure compliance of the contracts with third parties- Keeping close contact with service providers, so that service of the IT equipment during warranty period and after is insured properly and in due time - Establishing clear regulations for the company staff in order to use safely the computer programs and IT equipment provided by the company.- Evaluating of the new IT products on the market (hardware & software), and design communications solutions that are appropriate to the company’s requirements- Ensuring security, integrity and management of databases access- Establish rules for internal and external security of the company’s IT infrastructure. (Local, intranet, Internet)- Cooperating with internal departments in order to develop computer applications to meet their specific needs- Developing in-house customized computer applications according to specifications drawn up by the company’s management- Creating quality testing plans for projects developed by the team.- Design and implement backup plans for the IT infrastructure.

- Working with the functional lead to ensure the all new system requirements are meeting the needs of the business.- Creating the specifications for computer applications development, in collaboration with other organizational structures- Development of computer applications according to specifications drawn up by the management, for the company use.- Work with IT specialized providers in order to develop complex applications(MSSQL, ASP.NET, HTML)- Assist daily Desktop and Laptop users, whenever needed- Developing, administration, SEO, SEM, SERP for company website

- Team management- Creating 3D catalogs (Alno, Travis Perkins, Bonnet, Legrand Zeyko, Jubilee, etc..)- 3D modeling- Developing, administration, SEO, SEM, SERP for company websites- Defining, creating and maintaining the IT infrastructure, able meet the needs of the company- Maintaining relationship with all external partners
