Responsible for operations, personnel and work environment at the Logistics Development group supporting 2 Logistics Centers: engine assembly and R&D. The group consists of 8 white collar employees with an engineering or technician background.

Operational responibility for Logistics Engineering at all logistics centers in Södertälje. The organization consists of 25 white collar employees divided in tree groups.

Logistics centre engine assembly. Responsible for operations, personell and work environment. Up to 30blue collar employees on 2 shifts working with picking and delivery processes.

Logistics Centre Engine Assembly. Operational responibility for picking and deliviery processes.

Planning, leading and following up on Logistics projects. - Identifying and analyzing logistical challenges, developing improvement proposals concerning safety, environment, ergonomics, quality and efficiency, and implementing proposed changes to processes, methods and flows to achieve set goals. - Great importance is attached to supporting and developing the daily and operational activities. - Another aspect involves coordinating and collaborating with the Engine Assembly and Scania's other Logistics Centres to understand each other's processes and produce comprehensive solutions together.

Graduate program at Scania, Södertälje with specialisation within Production and Logistics. The programme gave me the opportunity to build my competence across the organisation and during my three internships I was involved in projects and daily work as:- Logistics Developer, Logistic Centre Engine - Analyst, General Purchasing - Business Developer, Inbound Logistics.Scania Engineer Program also gave me the opportunity to participate in various workshops, lectures and courses such as Basic Skills Engineering, Project management (PPS steg 1), Production Equipment Investment Process (PEIP) and Laycad.

Operations management: Production planning and management accounting.

On educational leave from fall 2012 to spring 2017. Mostly worked with electrical routine testing of current transformers but also worked as production engineer during the summer of 2015 & 2016.

Trainee with focus on electrical testing. Included courses in electricity, technical english, electrical safety (ELSA) and leadership challenge program.

Assembly of cables for high voltage circuit-breakers.

Served as squadron leader at 81:st platoon.
