It Project Manager
CurrentKey responsibilities:- Conducting meetings with international clients in English through chat and regular video calls.- Collecting project requirements, overseeing deadlines, and managing budgets- Business analysis of the incoming projects.- Provide regular reports to clients regarding completed work.- Coordinate and communicate with team members, scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.- Oversee teamwork, including programmers, analysts, designers, marketers, and other project specialists.- Draft and develop technical specifications for each project.- Prepare task estimates, considering project-specific risks.- Compile project documentation packages.- Develop project roadmaps.- Construct customer business processes using BPMN diagrams and technical diagrams such as Sequence Diagrams.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously - Conduct acceptance testing of completed work.- Conducting demo presentations for the clients; providing technical support.
