On a mission to fight gaming and gambling addiction, as well as enlighten - and learn about - how games work and affect us. I do this, primarily, by breaking down game mechanisms, inform and enrich discussions that build on flawed conclusions, and highlight how those very parts work, when seen outside their normal settings. As a result I often use elements from the daily life, that - at first sight - does not have anything to do with games, and analyse them exactly as if they were part of a given game. This often gives some thought-provoking results, that indicates that our society generally has a analogue favoritism.Besides that, I am also very fascinated by the interplay between play and games in relation to how rules can completely change the framework. Learning has an interesting interaction, given that you do not have to be conscious about what - or if - you have learned. Games can, without a doubt, give competences equally to sports - without it having to be esports, or likewise organised settings. As a person, I have an eye for - and love - details, which is why I have a habit of going extraordinarily deeply into whatever has my interest and my focus at work. Because of that, I strive to keep a high standard, before I deem a project or task fully completed. On top of that, I always try to optimize the daily processes, whenever possible. The combination of fun and effective work goes - in my opinion - hand-in-hand. As such, you can easily have an informal tone and laugh together, without it affecting the professional productivity. I focus on always being as flexible, patient and helpful as possible, and believe that it does not have to be a bad thing to fail - as long as you recognize the reason, and do not intentionally repeat it.Last, but not least, I value my network highly, and even though everyone is welcome to follow, I don't accept connection requests at a whim. There does, after all, need to be a reason for us to be connected. A good personal greeting does wonders!
