Emily is an experienced leader with a history of working in collaborative environments. She has many skills including data release curation, Python scripting for geospatial data analysis, and critical problem-solving. She is passionate about sustainability and strives to work in a setting where she is helping to study, prevent, or reverse human impact on the environment. She cares deeply about how such disruptions may adversely affect people and communities. Emily enjoys doing research, field work, and lab work, as well as writing and learning new skills.She is a dedicated student who is currently employed as a desk assistant in the Mines NeST office, attending classes full-time at the Colorado School of Mines, and serving as Mines' Undergraduate At-Large Senator to the Community.
