I lead the Community Integrated Employment Program at Comhar. Cohmar is a company that works with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and provides them with a range of services. What my department does is provide individuals who are high functioning enough with job coaching and job search assistance. In past years networking and community involvement have subsided and I’ve been brought in to reestablish those relationships for Comhar.Having allies in the community and resources for networking will be a great advantage for me to help me reinstitute a very needed service to the community of the Greater Philadelphia area.
