I'm an eager young person, looking for a future in which I'm creating thought-provoking, emotional communications that make people take notice and respond. I am waiting on a career oppertunity where I fit in and can work to the best of my ability.I'm just starting out and have had a go at many different forms of media (for example I have created a website, music video and television advertisement during my media course which have all won or came second in a media oscars ceremony I attended and I have written and created my own children's book) therefore I'm flexible into many fields.I enjoy toying with a person's thoughts and emotions and my A-Level Psychology has helped me discover just how. I have carried this on and I am now completeing Level 2 Counselling at South Tyneside College.I have recently realised that my creativity in these fields could be used in more ways than just to create media. Althogh I loved doing this, I have discovered that what I would really love to do is use these skills to teach others, mainly children, in a primary school environment. However, I realise that it may be a while before I can teach young children in a school and I will have to go through University yet. Therefore, at the moment I enjoy customer service which I practice in my current voluntary position. I have achieved a distinction in this at level 2. I also enjoy administration work and I have had experience of this during my time at ITeC training facility.I enjoy meeting new people and helping them. I feel like my Counselling class is really helping me to be even better at this; as I learn the proper use of communication skills that most people take for granted. For example; posture, eye-contact, silence, listening and open/closed questions.

Shop AssistantFiscus Recycle Boutique Sep 2012 - PresentOlive Street, SunderlandDealing with customers, displaying my friendly attitude, in person and on the telephone; working as a cashier and sorting and pricing the stock, showing my organisational skills; arranging displays (I have often sold entire outfits of mine which I have displayed), window dressing (which I used to get men into the shop by adding a mens' section to the window), searching for current trends (colours/patterns/styles) in other shops in order to make sure they are displayed/available in the boutique, showing my creativity and my effort to find ways to improve and finally cleaning the store, which shows my team spirit and that I’m not shy of any job. Overall I work in a team to keep the boutique well presented at all times, customers happy, stock ordered and the stockroom tidy so that stock is easily found when certain items are required, speeding up transactions within the shop.
