Advise on launch point per flight path's predicted interaction with local airspace to make launch as safe as possible for all aircraft and persons involved. I also assist the pilot in the cockpit with locating the balloon from the air using our engineers' tracking technology via tablets.

As the sole OEM Customer Consultant for General Aviation, I assist the Key Account managers with GA certified aircraft contracts such as Cirrus, Piper, Eclipse, Lancair and Lone Mountain. I also advise the Key Account manager of Oracle procedures, perform in depth troubleshooting with internal Tier 1 Oracle support on system issues, and create new SOP’s to provide the best possible customer experience in an ever changing market. Along with these duties I also create and maintain strong relationships on a daily basis with the OEM’s while processing their orders and answering any questions, technical or product related, by phone or email. Finally, I create maintain, and report detailed metrics and OEM aircraft sales audits to the Key Account manager in order to assist with future business forecasting.

My daily duties as a consultant included meeting general customer needs by answering phones or by email. I performed basic account maintenance, general order entry, answered questions about Jeppesen products, and escalated any customer concerns to the proper manager. While in this position I personally took on a special project of processing mailed in order/renewal payments along with reaching out to customers who did not receive renewal notices due to returned mail to Jeppesen.

As a trainer I prepared, tested, and approved new ramp agents according to SkyWest SOP's. As safety is the top priority on the ramp I taught the correct way to handle heavy machinery around aircraft/people, how to do proper Cargo Load Reports, verify weight minimums/maximums to decide what cargo can be safely loaded, and helped teach how to prioritize tasks on the ramp in a busy environment.

I was responsible for receiving/dispatching regional aircraft in a timely manner according to our flight schedule. This included marshaling, working with heavy machinery, heavy lift of cargo, using ramp technology to track cargo, towing aircraft, and communicating with supervisors, operations, and crew to dispatch the aircraft on time.

Responsibilities included recording and publishing runway occupancy times on Excel while listening to the local controller along with assisting the support specialist with office document publishing. I also attended NextGen meetings where the FAA, Boeing, and Airbus were determining NextGen minimum and maximum altitudes for certain STARS into KDEN, created a NextGen presentation for tower and TRACON controllers’ briefings, and shadowed administrative and tower/TM supervisors.
