I concurrently served as the Equity Manager for the Link21 Program, the long-range planning effort to design the next rail crossing of the San Francisco Bay. In this role, I collaborated with a diverse consultant team to define the Program's Priority Populations, design and implement equitable community engagement and partnership strategies, and review all.

As a Senior Analyst, I created and implemented the data analytics to evaluate the equity of service and fare changes, project siting, and public engagement strategies. I drafted reports to the FTA, BART Board of Directors, and executive staff, and served as the staff liaison to the District's Title VI and Environmental Justice and Limited English.
