Led open labs for students to come with questions about assigned material and aided them in learning and working with an online business simulation. Directed class sessions in the absence of the assigned professor with doing in class quizzes, discussion and practicing in teams the art of conducting business.

Assisted in the intake process of new patients to the units along with orientating them to the facility. Directed group activities while targeting the sessions to the needs of the group. Every 15 minutes performed safety checks on all the patients within my unit. Led the dividing of responsibilities among all the technicians on my unit as well as trained the new employees in how to perform their job resulting in the best patient quality.
